ABOUT LESSONS....

Whether you're a raw beginner or a seasoned musician looking to broaden your horizons, everyone needs
some guidance from time-to-time.  My approach to teaching is to take a look at the individual's goals and tastes 
to shape the lesson plan according to those priorities.  After teaching for over 10 years, I've found that building
a solid musical foundation is critical and then, branching off into the direction you want to take - along with 
encouragement and creative guidance - is the most effective way to help any student develop musically.
Lessons are conducted in an comfortable, encouraging, creative setting in central Raleigh.  I welcome students of
all ages, colors, sizes, shapes and skill levels.  My schedule is flexible so I can accomodate just about anyone, 
whether you want to take lessons weekly, bi-weekly or randomly, according to your schedule.
